Job Description

ICON Motosports, a protective motorcycle apparel company, is seeking a customer service representative to assist with sales support and general office operations.

Essential job functions will include email and phone communication with our customer base and managing our sample inventory. You will report directly to our general manager.

Must have computer experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and general Internet operations. Attention to detail, organization, and follow-through skills are key.

Familiarity with the motorcycle or powersports industry and motorcycle riding experience very desirable.

Candidate should also: Work well under pressure. Be self motivated. Be able to efficiently answer multitudes of emails in a professional, friendly manner.

Be able to communicate effectively and be part of the team. Have the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
