You guys are lifesavers. A friend and I were riding some back roads on the eastern shore of Maryland when we both got into some sand and gravel left behind by a farm tractor. My buddy had a steering damper on his `07 CBR1000, but I didn't have one on my 954. Long story short, he made it through while I went into a violent tank-slapper that threw me off the bike right onto my head. Thank you guys, for not skimping on the materials for your lids. It's a no-brainer what helmet I'll be buying next time.
