Hey my name is Austin Lorenz and I’m from a small town called Pembine in Northeastern Wisconsin. A couple of months ago, I purchased a 1991 Honda CBR 600 in excellent condition. Days later I purchased an ICON Airframe Apocalypse. Last Tuesday I was riding my bike and I was approaching a hill, after coming over the hill a car suddenly pulled out in front of me. I hit the brakes too hard and went over the handlebars at 55 mph. I hit the ground headfirst. Luckily I was wearing my helmet. The EMT’s said it saved my life. I have road rash on over half my body, my shoulder was separated and my bike is totaled. Bikes can be fixed and replaced, but a human life can’t. Because of my ICON helmet I was able to come home after a few hours in the hospital to see my mother and father. I would like to extend my thanks to ICON. I wouldn’t trust my life with any other brand of helmet. Once again thank you.
